Rock in Rio Lisboa 2014

Já falta pouco para começar o maior evento
de música e entretenimento do mundo. O Rock in Rio Lisboa 2014
decorre durante os dias 25, 29, 30, 31 de Maio e 1 de Junho e nós contamos-vos
tudo o que precisam de saber.
Num espaço único
do Parque da Bela Vista, em Lisboa, com 200 mil metros quadrados, a Cidade do
Rock garante 12 horas de festa. As portas abrem às 16h00 e encerram às 04h00 da
manhã.
Existem cinco
espaços com música.
No Palco Mundo, o primeiro concerto começa
todos os dias às 19h00, excepto no dia 1 de Junho, em que a
portuguesa Kika sobe ao palco às 17h30. A última actuação da noite
termina às 01h30.
O Palco Vodafone é
a grande novidade da edição de 2014 do Rock in Rio Lisboa, um palco
com música nova, relevante e alinhada com as tendências. As actuações começam
às 16h45 e terminam às 20h45.
A tenda Electrónica é
composta por uma cenografia futurista, inspirada na forma de uma
aranha robótica em que pilares de 11 metros de altura simulam a
forma de patas gigantes. O primeiro DJ sobe à cabine às 22h00 e a
última actuação termina às 4h00.
A Rock Street é
uma rua cenográfica inspirada na Grã-Bertanha e Irlanda, onde o
público vai poder viajar pelo exótico bairro
londrino Camden Town e pelo irlandês Grafton Street,
com artistas de rua também imersos nesta temática. Existem 20 lojas e as
animações começam às 16h20 e terminam às 23h00.
Por fim, a Street Dance é
inspirada em Nova Iorque e pretende levar os diversos estilos de dança urbana à
Cidade do Rock, como Breakdancing, Hip-Hop e Funk Dance. O palco funciona
das 16h15 às 22h00 e as crews profissionais são Jukebox Project
(que será crew residente), Jazzy Crew, Enigmatic Crew,
All About/Thuggaz Troupe, Next Crew, Momentum Crew e o embaixador deste ano, Cifrão. Haverá, ainda,
dois grafitters portugueses, João Completo e Ivo
Carvalho, que irão pintar um mural diferente todos os dias, ao mesmo tempo que
decorrem as actuações das crews.
Mas não só de música se faz o
Rock in Rio. A Roda
Gigante promete diversão e alegria a todos os que visitam a
Cidade do Rock. Com uma capacidade de 120 pessoas em cada viagem, está aberta
ao público das 16h00 às 02h00. Para quem é amante de emoções fortes, pode viver
a experiência de atravessar a frente do Palco Mundo no Slide Heineken, das 16h00 às
02h00. O Village é um espaço de restauração onde o público vai poder
encontrar McDonald’s, Sushi Lisboa Moments, Sabor Serrano, O Padeiro
e o Espaço Hotel Dom Pedro. A Área Vip é um espaço exclusivo destinado a todos os
portadores de bilhete para esta área e dá acesso a estacionamento gratuito,
serviço de transfer para
a Cidade do Rock, alimentação e bebidas e uma vista privilegiada para a Cidade
do Rock. Aberta das 17h00 até ao final do último concerto do Palco Mundo,
tem capacidade para 2.000 pessoas por dia e a novidade deste ano é
o lounge no piso 1, a partir do qual, através do chão em vidro,
pode-se ver o jardim existente no piso 0.
Toda a Cidade do Rock está preparada e
equipada com bares e alimentação, segurança, serviço de bengaleiro,
saúde e mobilidade condicionada. Existem em toda a área 300 casas de banho, 180
elementos responsáveis pela limpeza permanente do terreno e 140 funcionários
para garantir a limpeza dos espaços interiores do recinto, além dos 450 voluntários
treinados a servir todo e qualquer apoio ao público.

Rock in Rio Lisboa 2014

Just a few
days left to open the biggest event in music and entertainment of the world. Rock in
Rio Lisboa 2014 takes place during the days 25, 29, 30, 31 May and 1 June and
we tell you everything you need to know.
A single area
of Parque da Bela Vista in Lisbon, with 200 thousand square meters, the City of
Rock ensures 12-hour party. Doors open at 4.00pm and close at 4.00 am..
There are
five spaces with music.
On the World Stage, the first concert starts
every day at 7.00pm, except on 1 June. The last performance of the night ends
at 1.30 am..
The Vodafone Stage is the big novelty of
the 2014 edition of Rock in Rio Lisboa, a stage with new, relevant and aligned
with trends music. The performances begin at 4.45pm and end at 8.45pm.
The Electronics tent comprises a futuristic
scenery, inspired in the form of a spider robotics where pillars 11 meters high
simulate the shape of giant legs. The first rises to the DJ booth at 10pm and
ends at 4.00 am last performance.
The Rock Street is a street inspired
scenographic Bertanha in Britain and Ireland, where the public will be able to
travel the exotic London Borough Camden Town and the Irish Grafton Street, with
street performers also immersed in this subject. There are 20 shops and the
animations start at 4.20pm and end at 11pm.
Finally, the Street Dance is inspired by New York
and want to take the various styles of urban dance to Rock City as
Breakdancing, Hip-Hop and Funk Dance. The stage is open from 4.15pm to 10.00pm
and professional crews are Jukebox Project (which will be resident crew), Jazzy
Crew, Crew Enigmatic, All About / Thuggaz Troupe, Next Crew, Momentum Crew and
Ambassador this year, Dollar sign. There will also be two Portuguese
grafitters, Complete John and Ivo Carvalho, who will paint a different wall
every day, while deriving the actions of crews.
But music is
not only does the Rock in Rio. The Ferris
Wheel promises fun and joy to all who visit the City of Rock. With a
capacity of 120 people on each trip is open to the public from 4.00pm to 2.00am.
For anyone who is a lover of strong emotions, can live the experience of
crossing the front of the World Stage on Slide Heineken, 4.00pm to 02.00. The
Village is a restaurant space where the public will be able to find McDonald's,
Sushi Lisbon Moments, Flavor Serrano, Baker and Space Hotel Dom Pedro. The VIP
area is an exclusive space for all ticket holders to this area and gives access
to free parking, shuttle service to the City of Rock, food and beverages and a
prime view of the City of Rock. Open from 5.00pm until the end of the last
concert of the World Stage, has a capacity of 2,000 people a day and the
novelty this year is the lounge on the 1st floor, from which, through the glass
floor, you can see the existing garden level 0.
The entire
City of Rock is prepared and equipped with bars and food, security, cloakroom
service, health and mobility. Exist throughout the area 300 bathrooms, 180
elements responsible for the permanent clearing of land and 140 employees to
ensure the cleanliness of the interior spaces of the room, beyond the 450
trained volunteers to serve any support to the public.
